Shipping Availability

NIM BioLabs currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer
international shipping.

Order Processing

Most in-stock Most in-stock orders placed before [TIME AND TIME ZONE] on business days are processed the same business day.. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the
next business day. Processing times may occasionally vary due to holidays, weather, or high order
volume.

Shipping Carriers

To provide efficient delivery, we use multiple trusted shipping carriers. The carrier selected for your shipment is determined based on destination, service availability, and delivery efficiency.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking
information, if available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. Delivery dates
are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders
returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping
charges before reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our customer support team.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order
number, photographs of the product, photographs of the shipping package, and a description of the
damage so we can evaluate the claim promptly.

solely for laboratory, analytical, and scientific research purposes. Products are not intended for
human or veterinary use.
