Research Use Only

All products sold by NIM BioLabs are offered exclusively for Research Use Only (RUO). Products
are intended solely for laboratory, analytical, and scientific research by qualified professionals.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary use and are not intended for diagnosis,
treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. NIM BioLabs reserves the right to refuse,
cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud,
or inventory discrepancies.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping
charges will be displayed during checkout.

Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed. We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay through
secure third-party payment processors.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed the same business day when placed before the daily processing
cutoff. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery
by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated
into these Terms by reference.

Certificates of Analysis

Where applicable, batch-specific Certificates of Analysis are provided for transparency. Laboratory
Results apply only to the specific batch tested.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design elements, is the
property of NIM BioLabs or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website
operation or use the website for unlawful purposes.
