Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Unopened Products

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to approval and compliance with the conditions outlined below.

Opened Products

Opened products may be eligible for a refund or replacement only when:

  • Clear documentation is provided demonstrating a potential defect, quality issue, or shipping-related damage.

  • The issue is reported within 5 days of opening the product.

  • Supporting photographs or evidence are submitted for review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, mixing, or use after delivery.

  • Tampered, altered, or intentionally damaged products.

  • Products returned without original packaging or labeling.

  • Claims submitted outside the required reporting periods.

  • Regulatory restrictions, customs seizures, or legal issues outside our control.

  • Shipping insurance fees.

  • Shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error made by NimPeptides.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement request, please contact our support team and include:

  • Order number

  • Full name used for the order

  • Description of the issue

  • Relevant photographs or documentation

  • Tracking information (if applicable)

Requests that do not include sufficient supporting information may experience delays or denial.

Return Authorization

Do not return products without prior authorization.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and return address.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, NimPeptides may provide one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

The remedy offered will be determined based on the circumstances and available evidence.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after:

  • The returned product has been received and inspected; or

  • The claim has been reviewed and validated.

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Store Credit

In certain situations where a refund cannot be issued due to payment processor restrictions, banking limitations, or other operational reasons, NimPeptides may issue store credit equal to the approved refund amount.

Store credits:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Have no cash value

  • Expire 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise required by law

Shipping Insurance Claims

Customers who purchase shipping insurance may be eligible for reimbursement or replacement if a shipment is lost or damaged during transit.

Claims must be submitted within:

  • 48 hours of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments.

  • 7 days after the expected delivery date for lost shipments.

Supporting documentation may be required before a claim can be approved.

Right to Refuse

NimPeptides reserves the right to deny any refund, replacement, or return request if there is evidence of:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Product tampering

  • Abuse of refund policies

  • Misrepresentation of facts

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions
